We find the open doors in your website and systems before somebody else does — for a flat price, in plain English, with your permission in writing before we touch a thing.
But your website takes payments, holds customer info, and runs your bookings — and it's sitting out there 24/7 whether you're watching it or not.
Here's the part nobody tells small business owners: most break-ins don't start with some genius hacker. They start with a door somebody forgot to lock.
And when it happens, it's not just a computer problem. It's your customer list. Your reputation. A letter you have to send your own clients saying their info got out.
You can't fix what you can't see. That's the whole job. We look, we show you, we tell you how to close it.
No mystery billing. No hourly meter running. Here's the menu.
We check your business from the outside, the same way an attacker would look at it. You get a written report in plain English and a ranked list of what to fix first. Delivered in days, not weeks.
The deep look. We go through your web application properly — the forms, the logins, the places customers touch — and find the bugs before somebody with bad intentions does. Full written findings, severity ratings, and exactly how to fix each one.
The scan is a snapshot. The retainer is a guard. Every month we re-check your exposure, watch for your name showing up in breach chatter, keep an eye on your certificates and domains, and tell you straight if something changed. Peace of mind on autopilot.
A chatbot on your site that answers the questions you get asked 50 times a week, books the appointment, and takes the message at 2 a.m. when you're asleep. Set up on your site, trained on your business, done.
Your site is slow, broken, or looks like 2014? We rebuild what's there into something that loads fast, works on phones, and doesn't embarrass you when a customer checks you out before calling.
We keep your site updated, watched, and saying something worth reading. The subscription that keeps the lights green after the fix-up.
Four steps. The first one is the one that tells you we're legitimate.
Nothing happens before that. Ever. You get a short written form saying exactly what we'll look at, when, and what we won't do. No signature, no scan. Outfits that want to poke at your systems without paperwork are the ones you should worry about.
Outside-looking, hands-off checks against the things you authorized. Your business keeps running. Nobody's locked out, nothing goes down.
What we found, what it means in real words, how bad it is, and how to fix it — ranked, so you know what matters first. The sample below is the exact format.
Fix it yourself, hand the list to your web person, or put us on the monthly retainer and we keep watching it. No pressure either way. The report is yours — you paid for it.
Every finding comes with a severity rating, what it means in plain English, and the fix. Here's an excerpt from our sample report.
What we saw
The domain publishes an SPF record (good), but its DMARC policy is set to monitoring only. In plain terms: the practice wrote a rule that says “watch for fake email from us” — and then told the world not to stop any of it.
What it means
Anybody on earth can send email that appears to come from the business, and most inboxes will deliver it. Fake invoices, fake “updated payment details,” fake appointment links — all wearing the business's name. This is the single most common way small businesses get defrauded.
The fix
Tighten DMARC in stages — confirm every legitimate sender, then move the policy to quarantine, then reject. Any competent email or website provider can do this in under an hour once the sender list is confirmed.
What we saw
The website sends none of the standard protective headers. Think of these as the deadbolts a browser offers every visitor — without them, the site is easier to embed inside a fake look-alike page, and visitors' connections aren't forced onto the encrypted version.
The fix
Add the standard header set at the server or through the hosting panel. A configuration change, not a rebuild — typically 30 minutes of work, zero cost.
What we saw
The site's SSL certificate is valid today but sits on a manual renewal cycle. Miss the date and every visitor's browser greets them with a “not secure” warning — on the business's busiest morning, guaranteed.
The fix
Move to automatic renewal, and let monitoring watch the expiry date so it never sneaks up again.
If we emailed you, it's because we actually saw something — your name in threat reporting, your site showing a problem. Not a blast to ten thousand strangers. A knock on your door.
We insist on a signed authorization before a single check runs. Ask anybody else if they do.
It's on this page. It's the same price on the phone. Small business owners have been burned by IT people billing by the mystery — we're the opposite of that, on purpose.
Technical delivery is handled with a Security+ certified partner. The person you talk to is the owner — not a ticket queue, not a call center in another time zone. Him.
Quick scan back in your hands in days, not a six-week enterprise engagement. Your business runs week to week — so do we.
This page sounds like us because it is us. If a security company can't explain your problem in plain English, they can't fix your trust either.
Yes — because of how we do it. We only ever check systems with the owner's written authorization, signed before anything starts. Testing somebody's systems without permission isn't just shady, it's a crime, and we don't do it. The form protects you as much as us: it documents exactly what you agreed to, and nothing beyond it happens.
A written report covering your website's security settings, your encryption, publicly exposed services, your email anti-fake protections, and whether your business shows up in known breach reporting. Every finding comes with a severity rating, what it means in plain English, and the fix — plus a ranked to-do list so you know what to handle first. The sample above is the exact format.
No. The quick scan is outside-looking and hands-off — the same things anyone on the internet can already see about your business, organized by somebody who knows what they mean. Your site won't notice we were there.
Attackers don't pick targets by hand — software sweeps the internet looking for unlocked doors, at any size of business. A five-person shop with an old website plugin is easier to get into than a bank. Small is not invisible. Small is unguarded — and that's the whole problem we fix.
The technical delivery is handled with a Security+ certified partner. The owner handles your calls, your emails, and your questions personally. Two people, both accountable, both reachable.
Then you find out from us, in writing, with a fix list — instead of finding out from a customer, a reporter, or a ransom note. Bad news early is cheap. Bad news late is not.
No. The retainer is offered because a scan is a snapshot and the internet doesn't sit still — but it's your call, cancel anytime, and we'll never hold your report hostage to sell it. Plenty of owners start with the scan and decide from there.
You already know something on your site needs a second look — that's why you're still reading.
Get the $500 Quick Scan. Signed authorization first, plain-English report in days, ranked fix list in your hands. If it comes back clean, you've got proof and peace of mind for five hundred bucks. If it doesn't — you found out the cheap way.
